20/12/10  Stir fry is very healthy, would you like being able to make your own stir-fry chinese chicken at home? Here you will learn an authentic recipe that tastes just like we are out at a chinese restaurants. Once you have your veggies prepared, the dish is simple only preparation time is the "bit hard" part try out and you can serve this rich meal at your new year's party or anytime.

Chicken 1/2 kg

Ginger 1 piece

Fried onions 1

Capsicum 1

Spring Onions 4 chopped

Fresh red chillies 4

Garlic 4 cloves

Peas 10

Mushrooms 100 gm

Sesame oil 1 tbsp

Peanut butter 1 tbsp

Chilli sauce 1 tbsp

Brown sugar 1 tbsp

Salt 1/2 tsp

Tomato paste 2 tbsp

Black vinegar 2 tbsp

Oil 3 tbsp

1.Cook chicken in 1 cup water till 1/2 cup stock remains. 2.Now in other pan heat up the oil, add garlic cut into strips and fry well. 3.Add chopped spring onion, fried onion, mushrooms, capsicum, fresh red chillies and peas. 4.Fry on high flame for 1-2 minute. 5.Now add boiled chicken, chicken stock, piece of ginger, peanut butter, chilli sauce, soya sauce, black vinegar, brown sugar, tomato paste and salt. 6.Mix well and cook it for another 2 minutes. 7.Hot & tasty chinese chicken is ready to be served.
