17/09/10  Ingredients:
Tomato sauce 1/2 cup
Water 1/2 cup
Vinegar 1 tbsp
Sugar 1 tbsp
Oil 1 tbsp
Garlic chopped 3-4 cloves

Method:
Marinate the chicken in soya sauce, worcestershire sauce, mustard powder, white pepper, salt and oil for 3 to 4 hours.

While the chicken marinates, prepare the barbecue sauce. To make the sauce fry garlic till golden brown and add tomato sauce, water, vinegar, sugar and oil.

Cook for a few minutes on low heat till the sauce thickens. Fry the marinated chicken and add barbecue sauce and 1/4 cup warm water to it.

Cook till the chicken becomes tender. Arrange rice in the centre of the dish.

Set the chicken on boiled rice. Now pour the barbeque sauce on top. Enjoy.
