17/09/10  Ingredients:
1 tsp black pepper
1 tsp mustard powder
1½ tbsp honey
1-2 lemons
2 tbsp Soya sauce
2-3 salad leaves
2-3 tbsp white vinegar
3-4 tbsp oil
3-4 small onions
6-7 pieces chicken steak
Salt to taste

Method:
Marinate chicken steak in vinegar, Soya sauce, mustard powder, black pepper and salt for three to four hours.

Heat oil in a pan and fry the steak on low flame.

Heat oil, fry onions, salt, honey and lemon juice.

Pour the sauce over steaks and serve with salad leaves.
