  Supreme Court hears Balochistan missing persons case

09/07/12  The Supreme Court at its Quetta registry on Monday resumed the hearing of a petition on the law and order situation and human rights violations in Balochistan.

During today’s proceeding, families of missing persons recorded their statements.

Chief Justice Iftikhar said that bodies of missing persons start emerging, whenever court begins the case proceeding.

He said bodies of four others, whose cases were being heard, were found in the province yesterday.

The Supreme Court also rejected a report submitted by the Ministry of Defence.
