12/04/12  PTI chief Imran Khan says his party would empower masses at grassroots.

Addressing a rally in Bhakkar, Imran said the people in the rural areas would be freed from the clutches of tyrant policemen. He said the day when the people living in villages would be freed from the clouts of bogus MNAs, the country would be free in the true sense.

He said funds would be transferred to the grassroots – the villagers would run locval schools and dispensaries.

Imran said that the chief minister of Punjab is unaware of the sufferings of the people of Bhakkar affected by floods.

He said the PTI is not a dynastic party. He said the party is open for all talented people to hold its helms of affairs through hard work.
