Delegation from Balochistan calls on President

ISLAMABAD, A delegation of Senators and Provincial Ministers from Balochistan led by Chief Minister Nawab Muhammad Aslam Raisani, called on President Asif Ali Zardari here Thursday. Chief Minister also updated the President on the efforts for the recovery of the kidnapped UN employee John Solecki. The members of the delegation included Maulana Abdul Wassey, Senior Minister for P&D, Mir Muhammad Asim Kurd, Minister for Finance, Haji Ali Madad Jattak Minister for Food, Capt. Abdul Khaliq Achakzai Provincial Minister, Senator Wali Muhammad Badini and Senator Nawabzada Akbar Khan Magsi. Raisani apprised the President about the current development activities in the province. The President urged provincial government to take all steps for the uplift of Balochistan in order to eliminate the problems faced by the people of Balochistan.
