08/07/12 Several of Sunny Deol's upcoming projects are in the limbo. However, filmmaker Anil Sharma has decided to stand by his good friend's side and recently even announced his next film with Sunny
In fact, Sharma is not just close to Sunny but also to the entire Deol family. So much so that he has even postponed the sequel of Apne to accommodate the Deol family’s dates.
Sharma is all praise for Sunny. The duo has worked together in several films and in his new film the filmmaker has decided to present the actor in an all-new avatar. Sharma tells us, “Sunny is the Number One action star. In all these years, no one has been able to break this image. In my new film, the audience is going to love him.”
Sharma has already decided to call Apne’s sequel as Masters. However, he is yet not ready to make a sequel of Gadar. He says, “I know everyone has been waiting for the sequel. I am sure that the audience will go mad when they see Sunny in Tara Singh’s get-up once again. However, I do not want to spoil it as I have not found a script worth the sequel yet.”
In fact, Sharma’s high regards for the Deol family comes through when he calls Dharmendra as, “one of the milestones of Indian cinema.” He adds, “I want to cast him in my next.” |
