Shahzeb rejects allegations in PSL Spot-fixing scandal


LAHORE – After being formally charged by Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) in connection to PSL spot-fixing scandal, Shahzaib Hasan has opted to approach a tribunal.

Sources revealed that Shahzaib Hasan has prepared a legal response to the allegations levelled against him by the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB).

Shahzaib Hasan, in his reply, has stated that he didn’t provoke any player besides informing the PCB of all the facts that were in his knowledge.

The cricketer has also offered that he is willing to help the cricket board in relation to the spot-fixing scandal.

It has also been reported that there exist contradictions among the statements of the Shahzaib Hasan, Khalid Latif and Sharjeel Khan.

Sources have also revealed that only Muhammad Irfan has admitted the charges leveled against him while rest of the players have rejected the accusations made against them.
